German Ahr-Keramik Venedig Venice 50s art pottery

A rare mid-century art pottery vase - Germany - around 1950/ 1960. Made by Ahr-Keramik - the extremely rare design is called 'Venedig' (= Venice). White clay, with colorful hand-painted decor. The photos show it pretty well. Marked underneath as can be seen on the last photo. Items by this maker iare hard to get, not to speak of the decor! Height 20 cm/ 7.87'
