A beautiful piece of German art ceramics - this pitcher Ruscha 313 - made by Ruscha

A real design classic from the late 1950s - the famous pitcher 313 ! Designed by Kurt Tschörner ( Tschoerner ) for Ruscha. This item with its highly-dynamical shape is one of the most popular ceramic designs and was available in many glazes versions.White clay, with glaze in different shades of brown plus a touch of purple - nice! A good start for a collection. Base marked with impressed form number.
