Tall 70s vase Carstens Ankara

A beautiful piece of German art ceramics - this 50s / 60s vase by Carstens / Germany - made around 1960

A real design classic from the late 1960s or early 1970s! Red clay, with matte black glaze plus silky black glaze which forms the characteristic Ankara pattern. Marked underneath with moulded form number 1507-27. Hard to get!

Height 27 cm/ 10.6'

Used, but in very good condition. One tiny glaze imperfection (the very very small white spot on pic. 4). Apart from this: No chips, no cracks, no repairs or whatsoever.
