Large Studio Pottery Vase – Handmade, 1970s/1980s

A large and very heavy studio pottery vase, probably dating from the 1970s or 1980s. The rounded body with its narrow neck gives the piece a calm yet powerful presence, making it a striking decorative object.

Particularly attractive is the dark, subtly changing glaze in brown, black and reddish tones. Depending on the light, the surface appears deep, glossy and full of character. With its reduced form and handcrafted quality, this vase works beautifully in modern interiors, Mid-Century settings and collections of studio pottery.

The vase is marked on the base with “…mester” as well as “Handgearbeitet” / handmade. The artist’s name is unfortunately not clearly legible.

Condition:
Very good condition. Minimal glaze scratches in places, otherwise excellent. No damage.
