Marei Vase – Ceramic Vase with Geisha Décor, 1950s

A very beautiful ceramic vase by Marei, probably from the 1950s. The matte dark glaze and decorative Geisha motif give the vase a particularly elegant and period-typical appearance. The design with landscape, figure and Asian-inspired elements fits perfectly with the style of the 1950s.

Marked on the underside with Made in West Germany, form number 2008/25.

Condition:
Good condition. There are minimal small scratches on the matte glaze, as is often the case with these vases. Otherwise excellent and undamaged.
